Zakat and Fitrah

Section 56. Objection to the assessment of zakat and fitrah.

(1) Any person may make an objection to the Majlis in regard to any assessment of zakat and fitrah and the President shall consider such objection and make his decision thereon.

(2) The decision of the President on the objection made under this section shall be final and shall not be questioned in any Court.
