PART V - OFFENCES
Section 101. Penalties.
Any person who-
(a) is guilty of an offence; or
(b) without lawful excuse, proof of which shall lie on him, refuses or neglects to do anything, he is by this Enactment or by any rules made thereunder required to do; or
(c) without lawful excuse, proof of which shall lie in him, acts in contravention or fails to comply with any provisions of this Enactment or any rules made thereunder,
shall, where not special penalty is provided be liable to imprisonment not exceeding six weeks or to a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars or to both such imprisonment and fine.
