Section 27. Deriding Officers of the Majlis.

Any person who fails to comply with, contravenes, objects to or derides any officer of the Majlis or the Registrar of Islamic School or Penyelia Agama or Pegawai Masjid in the discharge of his duties shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
