PART V - OF APPEAL AND REVISION Chapter XVII - OF APPEALS TO THE MAHKAMAH RAYUAN
Section 151. Certificate and consequence of judgment.
(1) Whenever a case is decided on appeal by the Mahkamah Rayuan under this chapter it shall certify its judgment or order to the court by which the finding, sentence or order appealed against was recorded or passed.
(2) Whenever an appeal is not dismissed such certificate shall state the grounds upon which the appeal was allowed or the decision of the Kadi's court was varied.
(3) The court to which the Mahkamah Rayuan certifies its judgment or order shall thereupon make such orders as are conformable to the judgment or order of the Mahkamah Rayuan and, if necessary, the record shall be amended in accordance therewith.
