CHAPTER 2 - OF ARREST, ESCAPE AND RE-ARREST
Section 21. Pursuit of offenders.
For the purpose of arresting any person whom he has power to arrest without a warrant under this Enactment, a police officer may pursue such person in any part of Malaysia.
