PART III - JURISDICTION OF SYARIAH COURT

Section 11. Sitting of Appeal Committee.

(1) The Appeal Committee shall sit at such times and places in the State as decided by the President from time to time.

(2) The Appeal Committee shall have powers to postpone or cancel any sitting.
