PART IX - PENALTIES

Section 151. Hukum Syarak shall be used when no alternative.

(1) Any provision or interpretation of any provision of this Enactment not consistent with Hukum Syarak shall be void to the extent of its inconsistency.

(2) The Court shall adopt Hukum Syarakin relation to any matter not expressly provided for in this Enactment or under any rules made under this Enactment.
