Section 99. When witnesses may be asked to take oath.

When the defendant or the accused made an application to the Kadi to order the witness to take oath to speak the truth as it is necessary to strengthen the evidence, the Kadi may direct the witnesses to take oath and the Kadi may remind the witnesses if they oath and the Kadi may remind the witnesses if they refuse to take oath their evidence is not admissible.
