Section 74. Wakaf and nazar property.
The Majlis shall not less than once in every three years but not more than five years issue and publish in the Gazette a list of the charitable property, wakaf or nazar which do not form part of the General Administration Fund, including the investments and their income. Such list shall before it is published be audited in the manner set out in section 73.
