PART XXIX – COSTS, ALLOWANCES AND COURT FEES

Section 217 .Court fees.

(1) Fee shall be taken and paid in respect of all causes, matters and proceedings in Court, and it shall be at a rate as prescribed.

(2) All such fees shall be paid in cash or cheque:

Provided that in proceedings by or against the Majlis or the Government, the Majlis or the Government shall not be required to pay any Court fees.
