PART XVIII - JUDGMENTS AND ORDERS
Section 126. Pronouncing judgment.
Judgment shall be pronounced in open court if the Chief Kadi, Deputy Chief Kadi or Kadi has written his judgment, but if for any reason the Chief Kadi, Deputy Chief Kadi or Kadi is unable to read his judgment, the judgment may be read in open court by the Registrar or any other Kadi. The original or signed copy of every written judgment shall be filed.
