Save as expressly provided in this Enactment, nothing contained in this Enactment shall derogate, from or affect the rights and powers of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong as the Head of the Religion of Islam in the State of Sabah as declared and set forth in the Constitution of the State of Sabah.
