PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 3. Criterion for deciding whether a person is a Muslim.
If in any prosecution for an offence under this Enactment any question arises as to whether a person is a Muslim, that question shall be dicided according to the criterion of general reputation, without making any attempt to question the faith, beliefs, conduct, behaviour, charater, acts, or omissions of that person.
