Section 62. Food in Ramadzan.

Whoever shall during the hour of daylight in the month of Ramadzan purchase for immediate consumption, or sell to a person professing the Islamic Religion for immediate consumption, or consume, any food, drink or tobacco shall be guilty of an offence punishable with a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment not exceeding two weeks, or in the case of a second or subsequent offence, not exceeding $150 or imprisonment not exceeding one month or both.
