Section 150. Food in Ramathan.

Whoever not being permitted to break fast shall during the hours of daylight in the month of Ramathan purchase for immediate consumption, or sell to a person professing the Religion of Islam for immediate consumption, or consume in any shop or other public place any food, drink, tobacco or other things shall be, punishable with a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars, or, in the case of a second or subsequent offence, not exceeding fifty dollars.
