Section 67. Sanction and consent to prosecute.

No prosecution for offences under sections 13, 15, 21, 22, 27, 39, 44 and 52 of this Enactment may be instituted except with the prior sanction of the Chief Syariah Prosecutor and no prosecution for offences under sections 9, 10, 28, 36 and 38 may be instituted without the consent of the Majlis.
