ENACTMENT 14 MAL PROCEDURE OF THE SYARIAH COURT (VALIDATION) ENACTMENT 2007
Section 2. Validation.
All acts or things done or purported to be done by the Registrar, Kadi Besar, Kadi, the Court, Bailiff, Peguam Syarie and by any other person or body pursuant to or under the Mal Procedure of the Syariah Court Enactment 1991 [En. 5/1993] during the period from 18 February 1993 until 8 November 2006, being the date before the date appointed for the coming into operation of the Mal Procedure of the Syariah Court Enactment 1991 shall be deemed to have been validly and lawfully done.
