Section 130. Contempt of Religious Authorities or Court.

Any person intentionally by an act or omission brings into contempt the authority of the Ruler (in his capacity as the Head of Muslim Religion in the State) or of the Majlis or of any Court or the presiding officer thereof, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars.
