Section 30. Relevancy and effect of judgements, orders, or decrees other than those mentioned in section 29.

Judgement, orders or decrees other that those mentioned in section 29 are relevant if they relate to matters of a public relevant to the inquiry; but such judgement, orders or decrees are not conclusive proof of that which they state.
