PART XV - SUBPOENAS
Section 97. Records of Court.
No subpoena shall be issued to produce records of any Court but the Court may in its discretion request such production. No document so produced shall be marked. Production of original records shall not ordinarily be requested if a certified or office copy will serve the purpose.
