Section 82. Secretary
(1) Subject to such directions as may be given to him by the President, the Secretary shall have charge of all correspondence and documents of the Majlis, and shall in all other respects carry out such duties as may be imposed upon him by this Enactment or assigned to him by the President.
(2) The Secretary is entitled to attend all meetings of the Majlis and to participate in its deliberations, but is not entitled to vote.
