PART IX - GENERAL

Section 120. Court of Appeal under the 1982 Enactment.

Before the constitution of the Syariah Appeal Court under section 42 of this Enactment, the Court of Appeal constituted under the 1982 Enactment shall remain and have all the powers of the Syariah Appeal Court under this Enactment and the persons who before the coming into force of this Enactment have been appointed to be judges of the Court of Appeal shall be deemed to be the Syariah Appeal Court Judges and shall have the powers under the jurisdiction of such Court until the appointment of Syariah Appeal Court Judges under this Enactment.
