Section 158. Unlawful solemnization of marriage.
Whoever solemnizes or purports to solemnize in accordance with the Law of the Religion of Islam any marriage between persons both or any of them professing the Religion of Islam in contravention of the provisions of Part VI of this Enactment, or knowingly purports to solemnize any marriage which is void under the provisions of such Part, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or with fine not exceeding five hundred dollars.
