PART XXIX - MONIES, INVESTED FUNDS AND PROPERTY IN COURT
Section 215. Unclaimed monies.
(1) At the end of each calendar month the Court shall remit to the Majlis all sums of money which have stood in the Court's bank account for more than 6 months, and for which no application for payment out is pending, together with a schedule sufficiently describing the sums.
(2) Such sums shall not be paid out except by an authorised officer on production of an order of Court for the payment and of the appropriate voucher.
