PART VI - MISCELLANEOUS
Section 25. Power to enter premises.
The Registrar, deputy Registrar, Religious School Inspector, a police officer not below the rank of an Inspector or any person duly authorised in writing by the Majlis may at all reasonable times, enter any premises of an Islamic School for the purpose of exercising any power of inspection, enquiry or otherwise to ensure that the school is properly administered.
