Section 192. Irregularities not to vitiate proceedings.

Subject to the provisions contained in this Chapter no finding, sentence or order passed or made by court of competent jurisdiction shall be reversed or altered on account-

(a) of any omission, absence or error in complaint, summons, warrant, charge, judgment or other proceedings before or during the trial under this Enactment; or

(b) of want of any consent required by law; or

(c) of omission in taking or rejecting evidence, unless such error, absence, omission in taking or rejecting of evidence, want of consent or wrongful direction has occasioned a failure of justice.
