Section 29. Power to exempt.

The Majlis may, if it considers it desirable and in the interests of a religious school or in the interests of the pupils or the public, by order published in the Gazette, exempt the religious school from all or any of the provisions of this Enactment, except the provisions as to registration, either absolutely or subject to such conditions as he may think fit to impose, and may at any time in its discretion revoke the examption or alter or add to such conditions.
