PART VIII - MISCELLANEOUS Order to resume cohabitation
Section 125. Application by deserted wife.
Where a person has ceased to cohabit with his wife in a manner required by Hukum Syarak, the wife may apply to the Court for an order that the person resumes cohabitation with her.
