ENACTMENT NO. 3 OF 1964 ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW ENACTMENT, 1963
PART XII - GENERAL
Section 136. Repeal.
(1) The Enactments set out in the Third Schedule to this Enactment are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column thereof.
(2) All rules, proclamations, orders, notices, forms, licences, certificates and appointments issued or made under the Enactments so repealed shall in so far as they are not inconsistant with or replaced by the provisions of this Enactment, remain in force until revoked or replaced by rules, orders, notices, forms, licences, certificates, permits or appoinments issued or made under this Enactment.
