PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 4. Saving of Liberties for Civil Courts and Religion.

(1) Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate from or affect the rights and powers of the Civil Court.

(2) Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate from or affect the rights as declared and set forth in Article 23 First Part of the Laws of the Constitution of the State of Pahang.
