Section 29. Secrecy.
The proceedings of the Mjalis shall be kept secret and no member or servant thereof shall disclose or divulge to any person, other than the Yang di-Pertua Negeri, the Minister, and any member of the Majlis, any matter that has arisen at any meeting unless he is expressly authorized by the Majlis to do so.
