Section 49. Registrars.

Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, after consulting the Chief Syariah Judge, may appoint from amongst members of the general public service of the Federation or the State public service of Perak Darul Ridzuan a Chief Registrar of the Syariah Appeal Court, a Registrar of the Syariah High Court and Assistant Registrars of the Syariah Subordinate Courts.
