PART X - AMENDMENT

Section 82. Defective proceedings.

The Court may at any time, on its own motion or on the application of any party, and on such terms as it thinks just, order amendment to be made for the purpose of—

(a)

correcting any defect or error in any proceedings; or

(b)

determining the real question in controversy or to achieve justice between the parties.
