Section 114. Annual Report.
The Majlis shall cause full and true accounts of the General Endowment Fund to be kept and shall issue and publish in the Gazette not later than the month of April of the following year a report on the activities of the Majlis during the preceding year, together with a balance sheet of the General Endowment Fund as at 31st day of December an income and expenditure account of the Fund for the year and a list of properties and investments of the said Fund showing their cost price, if bought, and estimated value as at 31st day of December.
