PART III - PROPERTY AND FINANCE OF MAJLIS Finance
Section 75. Estimates.
(1) The Majlis shall prepare and submit to His Royal Highness the Sultan not later than 31 st October in each year, estimates of all the income and expenditure of the Majlis, including therein estimates of all property receivable and disposable in respect of ensuing year. His Royal Highness the Sultan may approve such estimates or may dIrect that such be amended. Upon approval or amendment, the said estimates shall be published in the Gazette.
(2) The Majlis may at any time submit to His Royal Highness the Sultan supplementary estimates of expenditure in respect of the current year or at any time before the 31st March in any year in respect of the preceding year and the same may be approved or amended and shall be published in like manner.
(3) All monies shall be expended or property disposed in accordance with the estimates that are approved and upon a voucher signed by the Vice President or any other officer authorised by the Vice President.
