Section 152. Failure to report a marriage, divorce or rujuk.

Whoever is married, divorced or rujuk fails or wilfully neglects to report the marriage, divorce or rujuk within thirty days to the Registrar shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit.
