Section 159. Breach of Secrecy.

Whoever in breach of the provisions of section 33 discloses or divulges any matter which it was his duty to keep secret, to any person not lawfully entitled to be informed thereof shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
