PART IV - ZINA
Section 18. Incest.
(1) Incest is an offence of committing sexual intercourse between man and woman who in syarak are prohibited to marry.
(2) Whoever commits an incest shall on conviction be punished under the hudud punishment of zina if the proof of zina could not be established as required under zina but sexual intercourse can be established by irrebutable evidence either by scientific evidence or otherwise the offender shall be punished under takzir.
