Section 35. Omission to appear before Registrar within prescribe time.

Any person who, being required by section 31 to appear before a Registrar, fails to do so within the prescribed time, commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months orwith both such fine and imprisonment.
