Section 30. Procedure when personal service cannot be effected.
Summons
Where the person to be summoned cannot by the exercise of due diligence be found and service cannot be effected as directed by subsection 29(3), the serving officer shall affix a copy of the summons to some conspicuous part of the house or other place in which the person summoned ordinarily resides, and in such case the summons shall be deemed to have been duly served.
