Section 34. Warrants: to whom directed.
Warrant of Arrest
1) A warrant of arrest shall ordinarily be directed to the Chief Religious Enforcement Officer and all other Religious Enforcement Officers, and any such officer may execute such warrant in any part of the State of Malacca.
(2) The Court issuing a warrant may direct it to the Inspector General of Police and all other police officers in the State of Malacca or any person by name, not being a Religious Enforcement Officers or police officer, and all or any one or more of such persons may execute the warrant.
