Section 41. Arrest on breach of bond for appearance.
Other Rules regarding Summonses to Appear and Warrants of Arrest
When any person who is bound by any bond under this Enactment to appear before a Court does not so appear, the Court may issue a warrant directing that such person be arrested and produced before it.
