CRIMES (SYARIAH) ENACTMENT 1992
| Anyone who makes any collection for charitable purposes without the permission of the Majlis or in contravention of any provision of law or regulation provided therefor commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both. The Court may order that all such collection be confiscated and delivered to those entitled or to Baitulmal. |
