Section 79. Vesting of wakaf, nazr and trust property in Majlis.

All property subject to section 78 shall without any conveyance, assignment or transfer, and, in the case of immovable property, immediately upon registration under the written law relating to land, vest in the Majlis, for the purpose of the wakaf, nazr 'am or trust affecting the property.
