Section 82. Holding Jumaat prayer with permission.

(1) The Jumaat prayer shall not be held in any place except w.ith the written permission of the Majlis.

(2) Only the pegawai masjid with tauliah may officiate the performance of the Jumaat prayer in any place that is fixed or directed by the Majlis:

Provided that in any case of the syarie disability of the pegawai masjid or for any other reasonable cause, any person who is qualified may carry out the performance of the Jumaat prayer at that time.
