Section 32. Prosecutor.

The prosecution shall be conducted by-

(a)

a person appointed by the Majlis to prosecute,

(b)

the Public Prosecutor,

(c)

a Police Officer, or

(d)

a complainant:

Provided that none of such persons shall be entitled to prosecute if any person mentioned before him in the proceeding list is available and willing so to do.
