Section 73. Sanction to prosecute from Chief Syariah Prosecutor.
Conditions Requisite for Initiation of Proceedings
No prosecution for any offence under section 47, 48, 60, 61 or 65 of the Syariah Offences Enactment 1991 [Enactment No. 6 of 1991] shall be instituted except with the sanction of the Chief Syariah Prosecutor.
