PART III - REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGES
Section 23. Registration.
Every marriage solemnized in Terengganu after the appointed date shall, within seven days of its solemnization, be registered in accordance with this Enactment, if the marriage is valid in accordance with Hukum Syara', notwithstanding that any provision of this Enactment has been contravened or has not been complied with
