Section 72. Powers of Court on claims by a woman who has been divorced.

A Court has the power in respect of claims made under section 71 to make an order for sale of property owned by a husband if he fails to pay or settle any claim which has been adjudged against him and if he has no property the Court may sentence him to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month for every monthly payment of the claim.
