PART XXIV – OBJECTION PROCEEDINGS
Section 178. Definition.
In this Part -
"execution" includes attachment before judgment;
"execution creditor" shall be construed accordingly;
"property" includes money and all kinds of property capable of seizure in execution, and also a debt due by a garnishee.
